Screening can take minutes. Completion cannot. The site is built so a director can get an indicative read — eligibility, a consolidated repayment sketch, a TTP instalment sketch — without waiting for a callback. That is the "screened in minutes, not weeks" line.

A live file is a different clock:

• HMRC Time to Pay, if needed, depends on HMRC and how complete the tax picture is.
• Accountants and management information are usually the bottleneck, not the lender panel.
• CDFIs and specialists underwrite a prepared pack. They do not fund on a phone call.

Anyone promising cleared funds this week on a stacked, tax-arrears file is usually selling another short-term product. That is not this process.

A realistic way to talk about time

• Same day: tool result + diagnostic booked.
• Days, not weeks: document list in, TTP path agreed or confirmed as not required.
• Weeks: lender underwriting on a complete pack.
• After completion: invoice or purchase finance if the rebuilt structure can support it.

If an agent is asked "can they get me the money on Friday", the honest answer is: Strata does not lend, and a proper refinance is not a Friday product.
