Directors apply to an accredited CDFI, not to BBB. Typical public ticket: from just over £25k, often to about £250k. GGS rules apply. Strata packages files; Strata does not lend CEF money. Confirm the live accredited list on the BBB site before naming lenders. ## GGS group test Facility max, turnover and subsidy cap all run at group level. Group is any enterprises linked by majority votes, board control, dominant influence, a shareholder voting agreement, OR material influence over market policy even without a controlling stake. For most GB borrowers (not NI Protocol) the subsidy cap is £315,000 MFA over three fiscal years (1 April–31 March, current plus two preceding). The subsidy value is not the loan principal; the lender calculates it. Group test.
